"Los Enchiladas" is one of the most successful Mexican restaurants in Minneapolis. However on the eve of Cinco de Mayo things begin to fall apart at the seams: the manager goes AWOL after attacking a customer; the chef quits, leaving an untrained prep cook in charge; and the waiters are just trying to keep the restaurant afloat long enough for the night shift to rescue them.
