Synopsis:

A psychotic doctor, living as a border in foggy London, falls for the proprietor's daughter, but she doesn't return the feeling. Then, it becomes apparent what happens to women who spurn the mad doctor's advances---until a Scotland Yard Inspector comes fast on his tail.
