A terrible accident renders high school student Mangus Spedgewick legless, squashing his hopes of performing as Jesus in his school's production of "J.C. Superstar", a Spedgewick family tradition. To make matters worse, his father is shipped off to Iraq and his step-mom kicks him out, forcing him to move in with his birth mother and her twenty-five year old trailer-park boyfriend. When Mangus is officially dropped from the school's production, Mangus wants revenge, and enlists the help of his sexually confused step-sister, Jessica Simpson.
