Synopsis:
Mantrac is a French journalist during World War II who fights against the Nazis. He has been framed and sent to prison on Devil's Island, but he plans a daring escape which leaves him and his compatriots adrift on a lifeboat. The prisoners are picked up by a boat commanded by pro-Nazi French Major Duval, and the men must battle once again to free the ship and its patriotic crew.
