Synopsis:
Upon finding his mother's handgun, thirteen-year-old Stevie and his girlfriend launch into an explosive journey reminiscent of "Dog Day Afternoon." Armed only with their new "toy" and their movie-inspired emotional reflexes, the teens--without any regard for the severity of their actions--hold up a bank and take several innocent people hostage, leaving one FBI agent totally frazzled.
