Synopsis:
A humorous look at New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani and how his controversial policies have impacted the arts, artists and residents of New York. The film chronicles the hot-tempered, hostile and often hilarious battles between Giuliani and those who refuse to give in to the "Disneyfication" of the city, including some artists, activists and minorities who say Giuliani's "quality of life" campaign might have turned the city around, but who fear a police state has been created in the process.
