Sex/Life In L. A. (1998)

Synopsis

Michael Sullivan narrates this German-made English-language film, a downbeat documentary about male sex for sale in Los Angeles. German director Jochen Hick focuses on nine diverse interview subjects, including muscular, HIV-positive real estate broker Cole Tucker, actor Matt Bradshaw, fashion model Tony Ward (famed as Madonna's former lover and for his contribution to her "Justify My Love" video), photographer Rick Castro, performance artist Ron Athey, and homeless hustlers David and Patrick. Shot in 16mm, this film was shown at the 1998 San Francisco Lesbian & Gay Film Festival.
