Synopsis

A youngster looking to make his mark in the world comes up with a grand scheme with the help of his friends in this family-friendly comedy-drama. Billy Kirkfield (Bobby Coleman) is a ten-year-old boy living in a snowbound town who has already known his share of drama in life, as he's recovering from a bout with cancer. Billy's dad Reggie (Ray Liotta) is a flashy used car salesman with a history of stretching the truth, so when he parents tell him his cancer is in remission, Billy is not inclined to believe them. Certain he isn't long for this life, Billy is determined to do something that will give him a reputation that will live on after he's gone. Billy and his pals Howard (Bobb'e J. Thompson) and Jason (Josh Flitter) get the idea that they should get their names in the Guinness Book of World Records, and come up with just they way to do it -- set a new record for making the most snowmen in a single day. Also starring Christopher Lloyd, Doug E. Doug and Beverley Mitchell, Snowmen received its world premiere at the 2010 ~Tribeca Film Festival.
