Synopsis:
A coming-of-age tale about a young man growing up in a dysfunctional family in the Irish-American enclave of South Boston. Danny leaves Boston, but is drawn back for the wedding of an old friend. He is pulled back into old enmities, and family problems. His sister is a party girl with a self-destructive streak. His brothers are gamblers who owe money to the mob, and his old rival Joey would like revenge.
