When three of their top agents are killed, the DEA reluctantly summons martial arts champion Tyler Wilson who forms an uneasy alliance with tough vice detective Michael Reeds as they go undercover against crime lord Mr. Li. To impress Li, they enter a brutal martial arts tournament where masters of combat display their deadly skills. After inadvertently saving the crimelord's life, Wilson and Reed are invited to join Li's staff. There they join up with beautiful undercover agent Cassandra Hubbard, who has already infiltrated Li's drug, gambling, and prostitution operations.
