Synopsis:
For 16-year-old Patti Randall, Edgefield is just plain boring. That is until her cat D.C. (as in Darn Cat) comes home with a wristwatch around his neck. A cryptic cry for help scrawled on the watch sends Patti and D.C. on a mission to catch some ruthless kidnapers. Patti enlists the aid of an intrepid FBI agent who must solve the crime or face the end of his fledgling career.
