Synopsis

In this Hungarian animated film, the kids of a poor, Budapest ghetto known as the District live in a constant state of rivalry: the Gypsies vs. the Chinese vs. the Arabs. Young Richie, however, has discovered the easiest way to calm things down: money. The kids are hard up for cash, but they've heard that the quickest way to get rich is with oil, so they take a trip through time to the prehistoric age to create an oil reserve right there in the District. Unfortunately, the attention that they get from their new good fortune comes from some unexpected places, like from U.S. president George W. Bush.
