The Offspring, that Orange County, Calif., punk outfit of "Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)" fame, is going to release its new album straight to fans via the Internet. And get this: It's free. Next month, "Conspiracy for One" will be available in Mp3 format from The Offspring's official site www.offspring.com. Fans who download the album can enter in a $1 million drawing, too.
