Synopsis:
This is the tale that follows a world renowned art collector whose wife dies in a car crash. The distraught Midwestern asks his trusted African American driver to help him raise his son, who grows up torn between the men's two different worlds. Falling in love with the driver's niece, the two young people face the tribulations of an interracial relationship against the backdrop of the 60's Civil Rights Movement and the war in Vietnam.
