Synopsis:
Just released from juvie, Doug is the most clear-headed of a group of friends who meet at a seedy tatoo parlor in Los Angeles. They sometimes leave the parlor to go home to alcoholic parents and crazed siblings or out to clubs where they meet a Japanese friend and get into trouble with some skinheads.
