The "female Bruce Lee" martial artist, Cynthia Rothrock, stars as a cop who is tired of doing detective work on theft and who tries her hand at solving a murder case so she will be assigned to the homicide division instead. To accomplish her goal, she must investigate the brutal killings of martial art masters in NYC.
