Synopsis

The English-language title of this Turkish film is The Third Eye. The protagonist is a young film director, suffering from a creative block. Through various life experiences, the block is lifted and he is able to complete his work. Director Orhan Oguz also photographed the film, and there are other members of the Oguz family on the creative staff. Evidently striking a responsive chord with other moviemakers, Ucuncu Goz won a special commendation at the Istanbul Film Festival.
