This first feature by Paul Spurrier is about a fifteen-year-old drug dealer named Rat who thinks of his nocturnal world of drugs and fast living as a heaven on earth until he finds himself on the run from older and far more serious criminals. The film follows Rat as he looks for shelter with those he thinks he can trust. Underground shows the seamier side of London not found in tourist brochures.
