An administrator (Samuel L. Jackson) in South Africa's most overpopulated hospital is challenged by a young med student, resulting in a the facility being dragged into the surrounding ghetto's gang war in this Blue Star Pictures and Inferno Entertainment production. Former film critic Mark Wheaton provides the script after making his feature film debut with 2007's The Messengers.
