The Witchblade comic series gets adapted yet again with this feature-length motion picture for Arclight Films, in association with Platinum Studios and Top Cow Productions. The story revolves around a line of female warriors chosen to protect the innocent by wearing a magical weapon in the form of a gauntlet. The series was previously been adapted for television as well as anime audiences. Battlestar Galactica veteran Michael Rymer handles directing and co-producing duties on the fantasy-action flick.
