(an act of...) Sabotage (1999)

Synopsis

This German-funded flick details the wacky hijinks of slickly dressed Gen-Xers as they engage in extreme sports, gleeful bisexuality, and secret plots to blow up corporations. The film focuses on Saffron (Bettina Hurzner) who has the hots for sinewy bike messenger Mayu (Rehane Hurzner). After a desert anti-nuke protest, the two shack up and then drift into an eco-terrorist group called the Extreme Messengers. The organization is headed by surfer-dude/Gulf War Syndrome victim Ross Campbell, who plans the destruction of the gleaming headquarters of Universal Energy Co., an unrepentant toxic waste-spewing corporate behemoth. That is until the Man gets wind of their shenanigans and sends over a trigger happy SWAT team to waste them, but not before the film's well-scrubbed protagonists have a free-spirited naked mud fight.
