Two of the silver screen's most luminous icons reunite in this delightful romantic-comedy, based on the stage play "Fine Sir" by Norman Krasna. On the verge of giving up hope on ever meeting the man of her dreams, stage star Ingrid Bergman is introduced to the dashing Cary Grant and the sparks immediately begin to fly. At first invigorated by the fact that he is a married man, Bergman's infatuation quickly turns to thoughts of revenge when she discovers that Grant is in reality a bachelor looking to avoid romantic entanglements. Stanley Donen expertly directs this charming tale of lies, love and crackling repartee, perfectly delivered by Grant and Bergman.
