Three Indian-born men who have lived most of their lives elsewhere return to seek their Indian identites. Kris is an American actor, looking to find work in Bollywood; Xerxes is British, and is trying to figure out his sexual as well as ethnic identity; and Ricardo is a guilt-ridden Australian. They share an apartment and get involved in comedic twists of fate. Their landlord turns out to be gay, and has designs on Xerxes, while Kris is hired by a tyrannical movie producer, with a mistress coveted by Ricardo.
