Set in Tallahassee Florida, satire spins the Greek comedy, "Lysistrata" around household of post-graduate party girls billed by locals as the "House of Babes". While struggling to pay back a $20,000 loan for their "post-post-feminist 'zine, Biotch, their grad-student neighbor, desperate for a thesis project for her Masters in Women's Studies coerces the household to fast off men for 100 days. If they successfully pull it off they'll earn $25,000 in grant money which they can use to save the 'zine.' Given the choice of men or the zine the women opt for their zine. When the project gains national attention, the Multi-millionaire, and father of one of the girls, upset that his daughter won't give up her singing career to take over his business, Rupert Iris, issues a challenge to the fast. $1,000,000 to the first man who can break the fast. Hordes of men converge on the small college town for the ultimate woman hunt.
