Synopsis
Kings County follows a day in the lives of four Brooklyn teenagers who attempt to fund their dreams by working for the local crack dealer. Narrated by one of the teens, the film also tracks the path of a cop's gun that passes through their hands in the inner city. When the boys and their boss violate the alter of a crack addicted Santeria prophetess she predicts one of them will die and one of them will be incarcerated within a day. They all dismiss her as crazy and return to the block where events regarding the cop's gun have already begun to spiral out of control. Deceit is revealed in typical, hot, ghetto style and cool heads never prevail leaving the lives of the teenagers and their boss changed forever.
