Synopsis
David and Becky Rosen have lived in their neighborhood in Coney Island most of their married life. But the area has deteriorated and now a new gang leader named Strut is set on making it his turf. Strut begins demanding protection money from the local merchants, and using violence to enforce cooperation. When David refuses to pay Strut to "protect" his restaurant, it is firebombed, his synogogue is descrated, and several of his neighbors are attacked. After Becky dies, David reaches the limit of what he can stand and plans his revenge against Strut and his gang.
