Synopsis
A documentary about legendary jazz saxophonist Art Pepper, filmed when he was making a miraculous comeback. Pepper began playing professionally as a teenager. However, his career was put on hold during the 1960s and part of the 70s because of his drug use and the criminal activity involved with it. Featured is Pepper's third wife Laurie, who met him in a drug treatment facility in 1969.
