This high-rolling, low-budget action film is about a train speeding out of control down the tracks, plummeting towards oblivion with a load of passengers on board. The engineer murders his unfaithful wife at home and then figures out how to murder her lover, his assistant on the train. Once he resolves to kill the man, the two begin a duel to the death in the locomotive of the passenger train. After the train starts passing stations and missing stops, Khalid (Nour El Sherif) and other passengers become alarmed. Khalid quickly tries to think of a way to make it into the locomotive while trying to calm the passengers at the same time. Meanwhile, the train from the opposite direction is on its way up the tracks.
