Synopsis
With their father away fighting in the Civil War, the March sisters, Jo, Beth, Amy, and Meg, live in New England with their outspoken mother. The oldest daughter, Meg, is like a second mother to her younger sisters and tomboy Jo tries to fill in for their father. The four girls have various adventures, dreams, romances, and face tragedy as they wait for their father's return.
