A New Orleans district attorney (Jamie Kennedy) is having the worst birthday ever. His wife leaves him, he loses his big case against a corrupt cop, and his father's precious vintage Studebaker is stolen. Prepared to do anything to get the car back, the D.A. enlists the help of the very cop he was recently prosecuting on a mission that gets crazier by the hour.
