Howard F. Howard is a normal guy who is engaged to be married, and is a casual Three Stooges fan. But suddenly he begins seeing the Stooges everywhere and to save his relationship, and his sanity, he goes to a psychologist. Howard learns that he is one of many who have been affected by a nationwide epidemic that is producing his symptoms. When medication fails to help him, Howard winds up on seedy Stooge Row, where he remains until he is taken to the Stooge Hills sanitarium. The patients undergo a rigorous program to cure them of their mania, and when Howard is released he is back to being a normal fan of the Stooges and marries his fiance.
