Colt Prattes to play Johnny in Dirty Dancing revamp

Colt Prattes, the dancer who impressed as Pink’s partner in her powerful Try video, has landed the lead role in an upcoming Dirty Dancing TV revamp.
The star will take on the role of Johnny Castle, which the late Patrick Swayze played in the 1987 film, in the ambitious ABC remake.
He joins Abigail Breslin, who will tackle Jennifer Grey’s Frances ‘Baby’ Houseman in the project, and Debra Messing, who will portray the Little Miss Sunshine star’s mum, Marjorie.
As well as appearing in Pink’s Try video, Prattes also joined the pop star on her The Truth About Love Tour.
