Navy sailors Joe and Clarence set out to paint Tinsel Town red during a four-day leave in Hollywood. Joe, a sweet-talking charmer, already has a girl waiting in the wings, but Clarence is still looking for love. When the two men return a lost little boy, Donald, to the home of his Aunt Susan, Clarence is instantly smitten with the beautiful aspiring singer.
