Synopsis
A sensationally promoted juvenile delinquency film about a fourteen-year-old girl's struggles to adjust after being sent to a tough detention home. A graphic sequence depicting a broom-handle rape of Linda Blair (in her TV-movie debut) subsequently was deleted but made the film the focal point of a highly publicized lawsuit against the network in 1978.
