Synopsis
A television movie, based on an actual case, that tells the unresolved story of a KGB officer, Yuri Nosenko, who in 1964 approached the CIA with a proposition: in exchange for political asylum, he would provide information on the Soviet Union's role in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. The story concerns the efforts of a CIA agent to investigate Nosenko's claims and his eventual conclusion that Nosenko was a fraud.
