Four episodes of the Klasky-Csupo's awesome Nickelodeon cartoon Aaahh!!! Real Monsters are preserved on the hour-long video collection Monsters Night Out from Paramount. The first-ever episode, "The Switching Hour," was aired in two parts in 1994. Ickis, Oblina, and Krumm sneak out on Halloween despite the warnings of the Gromble. In "The War's Over," the monsters go into a haunted house to find out if they are scarier than ghosts. In "Mayberry UFO," the monsters are mistaken for aliens while visiting the small town of Luluville. In "Rosh O' Monster," Ickis, Oblina, and Krumm pay tribute to Akira Kurosawa by each telling their own versions of the same story.
