Dinos Dimopoulos (To Amaxi) directed this unusual drama in which a father shelters his daughter not to protect her, but to protect any potential suitors. Dimitris Myrat plays the embittered father of Amaryllis (Floretta Zanna). His wife had left him for another man, and now he keeps Amaryllis from dating, fearing that she will betray the man she meets just as her mother betrayed him. Eventually, Amaryllis falls in love with a man (Kostas Kakavas), and the happy couple makes the old man see that not every romance ends in betrayal. Dinos Eliopoulos co-stars with Vassilis Kanakis, Despo Diamantidou, and Zoras Tsapelis.
