Synopsis
A story about the desperate young lives ont he often brutal and dangerous streets of Hollywood. Sara, an innocent, small town girl from a dysfunctional family, leaves on her 18th birthday headed for L.A. with stars in her eyes and a dream. Coming from the mid-west, she's a little naive and is barely off the bus when her suitcase is stolen and she is left standing in Hollywood with not much more than the clothes on her back. J.C, a street wise artist, sometimes hustler, who loves to gamble but unfortunately is not very good at it, sees Sara and decides to take her in and get her on her feet. But J.C. is only one step ahead of becoming a statistic himself. Light years away from the safe streets of Beverly Hills, J.C.'s only friends he can count on are a drug addicted hustler, David and Paco. Their lives on the streets are always one roll of the dice away from danger.
