Synopsis
Successful novelist Stanley falls into a downward spiral of self despair following the death of his young son, but gets a new lease on life after being granted three wishes from a mysterious stranger. Once a loving father and happy husband, Stanley finds his marriage falling into a hopeless state of disrepair due to his suffocating grief. Now, Stanley's creativity has completely dried up, and he's about to throw away his marriage. But just when all hope seems lost, Stanley is granted three magical wishes that may have the power to pull him back from the brink. Meanwhile, his connection to a few young foster children may prove just the thing Stanley needs to save his marriage, and remember what it means to be alive.
