They first worked together as correspondents on The Daily Show, before Steve was a leading man. Nancy played a health clinic counselor in The 40-Year-Old Virgin. Later on The Office, she first played Steve’s character’s girlfriend, Carol Stills, on the show (but that relationship didn’t work out), who was also a realtor.
