Aisha Hinds gears up for Godzilla: King Of The Monsters

Actress Aisha Hinds is going from fighting slavery to fighting monsters for the forthcoming Godzilla sequel.
Hinds is currently portraying abolitionist Harriet Tubman in U.S. drama series Underground, and now she has booked her first big screen role in two years in Godzilla: King Of The Monsters.
She joins Stranger Things child star Millie Bobby Brown, Vera Farmiga, and Kyle Chandler in the Michael Dougherty film, a follow-up to director Gareth Edwards’ 2014 franchise reboot.
Plot details for Godzilla: King Of The Monsters, also featuring Ken Watanabe and O’Shea Jackson, Jr., have yet to be revealed, but the project is expected to hit cinemas in March, 2019, reports Deadline.com.
Hinds’ last big screen outing came in 2015’s Runaway Island, while her previous movie credits include Beyond the Lights, Star Trek Into Darkness, Unstoppable, and TV biopic All The Way.
