Former Anthrax guitarist Dan Spitz was arrested on Christmas morning (25Dec13) following an alleged bust-up at his home. The rocker was detained by police at his property in Lake Worth, Florida after an argument with his wife, Candi, allegedly turned nasty, TMZ.com reports.
Spitz, 50, who left Anthrax in 2007, was booked into a local jail in the early hours of Christmas Day (25Dec13) and later released on his own recognisance.
Candi has since spoken out to insist she will not be pressing charges and called the incident a “misunderstanding”.
