B.O.: Moviegoers Visit ‘Parents’ Again

Will Smith was wrong: “Parents” just do understand.

Meet the Parents,” the megahit comedy starring Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro, took in another $16.32 million to take the box office crown for the third consecutive week and hold off three debuts. Its three-week total stands at $81 million.

This is likely to be “Parents’” last weekend on top, as the much anticipated “Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2,” the sequel to “The Blair Witch Project,” flies into theaters next weekend.
