Black Widow rocker loses cancer battle

Rocker Clive Beer-Jones has lost his battle with cancer at the age of 65 two months before his planned wedding. The Black Widow founder passed away at a hospice in Warwick, England on Thursday (16Oct14).
His civil partner, Kelvin Beer-Jones, reveals the couple was due to be married on 10 December (14).
The flautist and saxophonist was working right up until his death and had just completed a new track with rock act Masada.
Beer-Jones formed Black Widow in the late 1960s. The band, famous for its occult imagery and Satanic references, scored a hit album in 1970 with Sacrifice.
