Chronicling the lives of teenagers who take to the stage, rather than to the streets, to create a positive focus in their lives. Despite the improverished and often destructive influences in their lives. On this "safe stage," Latino and African-American students study Shakespeare while creating second families who provide support and encouragement through the arts.
