Cameron Diaz is hot for Bad Teacher. The actress will star in Columbia’s raunchy comedy with Jake Kasdan directing a script from The Office scribes Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky.
Variety reports the story centers on a foulmouthed, gold-digging middle-school teacher who, after getting dumped by her boyfriend, competes with a colleague for the affections of the school’s model teacher.
Mosaic Media’s Jimmy Miller is producing.

Production is set to begin in the spring in Los Angeles. Diaz is currently juggling three films in various stages of production: Shrek Forever After, Knight and Day and Green Hornet.
