The dancer, son of singer Juan Fernandez Flores, was jailed in January 2007 after a Spanish court found him guilty of killing pedestrian Benjamin Olalla while speeding and driving without a licence.
He was initially ordered to spend 16 months in a Seville prison in 2005, but his punishment was increased to three years in 2006 following an appeal by the victim’s grieving family.
Farruquito, real name Juan Manuel Fernandez Montoya, landed a lucky break in April 2008 when he was allowed out on work release for good behaviour, only needing to return to the prison each night to sleep.

But Farruquito spent his last night in a cell on Monday (11Jan10).
