Fractured foot forces Tamzin Outhwaite out of London stage show

British actress Tamzin Outhwaite has been forced to pull out of West End stage show Stepping Out after fracturing her foot.
The star made the announcement hours before she was due to appear in the first preview performance at the Vaudeville Theatre on Wednesday (01Mar17).
Her role as a dance teacher will played by Katie Verner and Anna-Jane Casey until Tamzin can return to the show.
Before the preview, her co-star Amanda Holden said, “It is sad to lose Tamzin but we can assure everyone who comes a fun and entertaining evening and we can’t wait to get started. We look forward to Tamzin returning very soon.”
Outhwaite has tweeted a picture of her injured foot and a pair of crutches.
Stepping Out first premiered in the West End in 1984.
