Most people know of George Clooney as an actor, but with now having directed 7 films he’s more than knocked at the door of directing.
When George and business partner Grant Heslov felt in the mood to work on another project they go into the script closet and pull one out. This one happens to be written by Joel and Ethan Coen, aka the Coen brothers (cause why wouldn’t you have a script from them just laying around). The film is ‘Suburbicon’ and George pulled the acting talents of Matt Damon, Julianne Moore, and Oscar Isaac.
In the above interview go behind the scenes of ‘Suburbicon’ and hear how Clooney is as a director. Julianne Moore talks about how he is a person trying to make sure everyone can work together, Oscar Isaac tells us how it was a no-brainer to work with Clooney, Matt Damon says how collaborative the projects they work on are as well as why he keeps returning to working with George, and George Clooney says more about how he got this project and why he wanted to do it.
‘Suburbicon’ releases October 27, 2017.
