Kate Hudson has reportedly pulled out of the London premiere of new movie You, Me and Dupree tonight to recover from her much-publicized marriage breakdown.
The Almost Famous star announced she was separating from The Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson last Monday, after nearly six years of marriage.
Now British newspaper the Daily Star reports she’ll shun the Leicester Square opening of her comedy to come to terms with the split and avoid awkward questions from paparazzi.
A source says, “It’s obviously a shame but I’m sure her fans will understand and give her their support through what must be a difficult time.”
Owen Wilson and Matt Dillon also star in the movie, about an unwelcome houseguest.
